Bayou Boils & Catering will spice up Gainesville Depot Day

We’d like to officially announce that Bayou Boils & Catering will bring a little extra Cajun spice to the Gainesville Annual Depot Day Festival on October 8 when we bring in a truckload (literally) of the finest in Cajun catering: fried catfish, hush puppies, fries, and that Cajun spirit that can turn any get-together into a hopping community event.

Whether the event is a wedding, a fundraiser, a corporate event, or a good ol’ fashioned party, we like to think we provide more than just the food. We provide the Cajun atmosphere as well. Even if you don’t listen to zydeco music, when you hear it you can’t help but feel that upbeat Cajun energy. Whether we are catering a Crawfish Boil or a Catfish Fry, when people get that first plate and smell the air, that upbeat Bayou energy fills the place.

This year, we will be serving up plates of fried catfish, hush puppies and fries in the heart of Gainesville Texas, shoulder to shoulder with classic car owners, local businesses, and of course local festival goers who want to hear some good live music and enjoy the cool autumn weather.

You can count on Bayou Boils & Catering to deliver the freshest in seafood straight from the docks and the Gulf. During crawfish season, we distribute live crawfish or bring the boil trailer and cook ‘em up for you right there at your event.
